Peace, Joy, Love; INSIDE ME

Do we really know the definition of confidence? Today, January 21, 2021, I saw an incredible video by Ted-Ed on youtube. Since our childhood, we all have been told to be confident whenever we feel nervous. When we grew up we face situations that may trigger once stability. Our parents, guardians, and mentors say "Be confident" but what is confidence. Is confidence a synonym of fearless or is it something else? Do we know the definition of confidence?  In my opinion, confidence is not the synonym of fearless but becoming fearless.  Knowing what must be done, does away with fear, this is confidence.  Our greatest glory is not in never falling  but in rising every time we fall.

  Today, January 16, 2021. I woke up wide awake. I am feeling optimistic and excited to start my day, welcoming opportunities and it's wonderful.  I had weird dreams last night. There was a crime of abduction of children, I was playing with my school friends in the school playground, I am kissing different people, and on a different planet, aliens are communicating with me and some other people, WHAT? That storm is not there to break us or throw us away. it's there to tell us to either show the potential that we have or to learn from the experience of going into a storm. It will make us stand stronger every time there is a new one. Even if it's not a storm or an earthquake. One's struggle is still valid even if it is not as loud as someone else's. The only way out is in All Mountains are birthed by Earthquakes. Let it move you, let it make you.

  Ebb and Flow "Ebb and Flow" simply means the way things in our life rise (feeling of happiness) and fall (low-feeling). I believe in the concept of Ebb and Flow. Why? Because in everybody's life, there are phases where we feel inspired and passionate, and sometimes where we feel low or lethargic. Image source This image shows the cycle of happiness and sadness that we experience in our lives which continues no matter what is our surroundings or environment is. The neutral ride will not have that thing that a rollercoaster ride has. And this is what life is. So let it Ebb and Flow.
