We all have heard this saying, "Be Kind" but sometimes, the battles in one's mind can make it hard to be kind, mostly to ourselves. I have realized, over the past few years, that if you are not kind to yourself you cannot be kind to the world. There is already a huge amount of voices in our head that tells us things we do not want to hear. And hearing something from the outside world can make it worse.
